How do I determine the correct size for helmets and jerseys?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on each product page. For helmets, measure the circumference of your head approximately one inch above your eyebrows. For jerseys and pants, we recommend following our fit guide which details 'Race', 'Precision', and 'Relaxed' cuts.
What is your return policy for protective gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets cannot be returned if they have been worn on a ride or if the safety seals are removed.
Do you offer a crash replacement program?
Yes, Troy Lee Designs offers a crash replacement program for helmets. If you damage your helmet in a crash within the first year of purchase, you may be eligible for a discount on a replacement. Please contact our customer service team with photos of the damage and your proof of purchase.
When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once your gear leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number from UPS or FedEx.
How should I wash and maintain my TLD technical apparel?
To preserve the technical fabrics and graphics, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and hanging to air dry. Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners, or high-heat dryers which can damage the moisture-wicking properties.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
